Fastcash - Money Refund Policy

 
If you have visited our offices at Hanover Street W1, Bramley Road N14 or credited our Barclays account in anticipation of a money transfer to Sri Lanka and then for what ever reason you now require a refund of your money back, please be advised of the following refund procedures laid down by Fastcash.
 
We will be more than happy to refund your money subject to compliance with our Anti Money Laundering Procedures as follows: -
 
  • We require a written request by letter or e-mail by you stating the reason for the refund.
  • Due to our own stringent Anti Money Laundering Procedures we forward your letter to our accounts refund department stating the reason for refund request.
  • Provided that our Anti Money Laundering Measures are met, our accounts department will raise a cheque made payable to the name of sender as stated in the original customer request / account details held by us.
  • Please note that Fastcash levies a flat fee of £5.00 as an administrative charge for the refund.
  • Refund cheque only or credit note to be issued within ten working days to you.
  • We are unable to credit bank accounts as a refund.
